Will McCartney
Senior Pastor

Will & Kristi are the proud parents of Marshall, Savannah, Trenton, and Aaleigha. Will has been serving at Farmdale since 2008. He is a graduate of Union University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv), The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (ThM), and Dallas Baptist University (PhD).Will is also an adjunct professor of leadership at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Colin McCulloch
Associate Pastor

Colin has been at Farmdale since 2013 and has served as a pastor since 2015. He is married to Kari, and they have four children. Colin is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv, ThM, PhD). He is also an adjunct professor of biblical counseling at Boyce College and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Matt Westgate
Minister of Music

Matt has been serving at Farmdale since 2017. He is a graduate of SUNY Broome Community College (Associates in Music), Mansfield University of Pennsylvania (Bachelors of Music Education), and recently completed his Masters of Church Music at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Matt is married to Elizabeth and they proudly raise Colton, Charis, Adeline, Anderson, and Asher. He is also an adjunct instructor of music and voice at Boyce College.

Steve Weber
Minister of Outreach

Steve coordinates outreach efforts into our community and also assists with teaching youth. Steve is married to Claudia and has four grown children. He holds a Master of Christian Education degree and a Doctor of Educational Ministry degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
